Violeta Velasco

Violeta is a medical doctor passionate about health promotion, preventive medicine and social work. She is a pioneer in the field of Corporate Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine with eighteen years of experience developing programs for international corporations like Hewlett Packard, Scotiabank, Schlumberger, Givaudan, EDS, Gold’s Gym and Nextel among others.

Dr. Velasco’s customized Corporate Health and Wellness programs are designed to meet the specific needs of her clients and she is recognized for her expertise in health-risk detection and reduction, chronic disease prevention, nutrition and weight management, stress management, goal-oriented exercise and lifestyle change.

Violeta has vast experience as a keynote speaker in the fields of health, nutrition, longevity, lifestyle change, and stress and relaxation techniques.

Violeta graduated with Honors Summa Cum Laude from Mexico’s Anahuac University School of Medicine and received her Global Health Leadership and Administration MPH degree from the International University of Haifa in Israel. She is a Faculty Member at the Technion American Medical School in Haifa, Israel.

Malke Bornstein

Addictions Counselor with personal and professional experience in emotional and addictions recovery. Malke works on individualized treatment plans for a life free of addictions. She has developed a roadmap for success and long-term change working on motivations, emotions, relationships, and addictive behaviors. She provides clients with step by step guidance in their journey to recovery introducing them to a continuum of care. Malke specializes in co-occurring disorders and has decades experience with a variety of populations of global diversity utilizing culturally sensitive counseling for their care.

Multi-lingual and multi-cultural, Malke has lived in Mexico, Israel and the United States. She began her work in substance abuse recovery as a volunteer as a bilingual case manager, then evolved to mental health assessor, and later as an addiction specialist focused on trauma and dual diagnosis with a broad variety of populations including families, youth and adult homeless, immigrants, refugees, LGBTQ, state corrections, first responders and business professionals.

Malke Bornstein, MS, CADC, is Certified Primary Addictions Counselor, earned a Master of Science in Human Service Administration from the Spertus Institute in Chicago and is currently working on her EdD in Leadership at Argosy University.

Clary Finkelstein

Psychotherapist specialized in emotional development, overcoming depression, anxiety and grief. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from I.T.E.S.O. and a Master’s in Gestalt from the Gestalt Institute, Clary has worked with individuals, couples and families and has vast experience in crisis intervention.

An expert in loss and grief management, she studied Thanatology with Francesco Campione and Elizabeth Kubler Ross. She worked with critically ill patients and their families at the Hospital General de Naucalpan in Mexico where she was also a speaker and lecturer on the psychological aspects of different illnesses.

Clary practices a combination of physical-emotional therapy through teaching magic tricks to special-needs children and is a passionate volunteer at the Make A Wish Foundation.
